Complaints pertaining to our merchandise have to be made within 10 days after receipt of the shipment. Complaints made at a later date cannot be taken into consideration.

Please send us your complaint by telephone or in writing.
After consultation with you and in a normal case WE will then organize the pickup of the merchandise from your facilities. 

Important ! We are not liable and do not take over costs for non-authorized return consignments !
In the case of properly reported defects we are obligated to take back the sold goods. However, we reserve ourselves the right to replace the merchandise taken back.  Damage claims of any nature can only be recognized if it can be proven that DELIBERATE and illegal action(s) took place.  Would we take over the transport damages contrarily to the aforesaid General Terms and Conditions, those damages have to be confirmed by the railway, the post office or through other freight forwarders that were involved in the shipment. For repaired items being returned, the working hours, the needed parts as well as the prepaid shipment and mailing costs will be invoiced.
